In the truest tradition of idol singers, this star rose from total obscurity in 2039 to become "the idol of the new generation." Unlike the rest of the recent wave of idols however, Sharon is a computer-generated virtual reality singer. Despite this (or perhaps because of this), the virturoid's explosive popularity has grown on Earth and the planets colonized by Humans. "She" has come to Eden to perform her first concert there.
