Katori Brown Robbins

Founder and chief of maintenance of the private maintenance company of Frontier Fleet, "Robbins Family". A natural mechanic who took apart a Valkyrie engine at age 8 and became a research fleet team's mechanic at age 13. She is contracted for most of the airframes' maintenance in the Vanquish race. From the research fleet, she was selected as a mechanic for the New UN Forces; feared as the monster who could tune-up an AVF that became a black box, but the army did not suit her craftman's skin and she retired at a young age with a rank of Colonel. Therefore, she is called "The Colonel" out of respect by pilots from who knew her earlier and currently. Her hobby is collecting cutlery.
