A scout fleet Commander in Ingues' Mardook fleet. He was at the forefront during the attack on Earth. Ishtar was the "Emulator" of his forces. He is an excellent fighter who tries to rescue Ishtar after her warship was sunk. He stood by Ishtar, not just because she inherited the blood of Mardook Emulators, but for none other than love for Ishtar, as an individual.
