The Macross Chronicle will be a biweekly serialized reference of the Macross franchise that We've Inc. will start publishing on July 24, 2008.
Summary
The Macross Chronicle will cover all 26 years of Macross productions from the first Macross series to the current Macross Frontier series. Illustrator Hidetaka Tenjin will create new artwork for the project, and Macross franchise co-creator Shoji Kawamori will supervise the descriptions of previously unwritten story points in the franchise. The number of planned issues has not been determined, but a binder will be sold at the same time as the first issue.
