"Triangler" is the opening theme song of the Macross Frontier animated television series. Yoko Kanno composed and arranged this song, and Gabriela Robin wrote the lyrics. Maaya Sakamoto sings this song. It will be available on the "Triangler" CD single from JVC Entertainment. The spelling of "Triangler" is as written.
This is the first theme song that Kanno has composed for the Macross franchise since 1994's "Voices" for Macross Plus. Even though Sakamoto has sung songs for several projects by Macross co-creator Shoji Kawamori and Kanno, this is the first song she ever sang for a Macross project.
