The Macross Frontier novels are an official adaptation of the story from the animated Macross Frontier television series. Ukyō Kodachi writes the novels, and the anime character designer Mikan Ehime and manga artist Hayato Aoki draw the illustrations. The first volume was dated for a July 1 release.
